4711 are long series counterbore bodies with a 180 degree angle. These are designed to create holes to take standard sockets and cap screw heads and have a hole to accept a range of pilot sizes (see union butterfield 4704). They can be used in cnc and conventional machines and are made from high speed steel, suitable for counterboring holes in many materials including aluminum, stainless steel and steel. With a bright finish to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting surfaces, 4705 union butterfield long series counterbore bodies will produce smooth and accurate results
