The precision ground left hand spiral flute provides smooth reaming and improves hole size and surface finish, and the straight shank makes the reamers suitable for general reaming applications on most types of machines. Manufactured from premium high speed steel, union butterfield 4588 taper pin machine reamers are suitable for reaming a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum and steels.
