S804ha 4-flute milling cutters are manufactured from premium carbide for superior performance and longer tool life. The cutters have a very strong design and can be used for both slotting and profile milling. They are suitable for plunging, ramping and profile milling in cast iron, non-ferrous materials, steels and stainless steels; further evidence of their versatility. The short flute length provides high rigidity for shallow profile milling applications. S804ha 4-flute end mills have a special alcrona coating, with benefits of improved performance when milling materials which are difficult to machine and further improvements in tool life.
