S561 milling cutters have a differential pitch which reduces chatter and vibration, improving surface finish and tool life which is further increased thanks to the titanium silicon nitride coating which reduces friction and gives excellent wear resistance. With a robust geometry to improve strength and resistance to chipping, s561 milling cutters have sharp corners to create true shoulders where fillet radii are not required. The negative rake angle means the cutters can machine hardened steel between 52 and 70 hrc.
