D745 bore cutters are coarse pitch slitting saws. They come with a bright finish which prevents workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool so you get clean and accurate results. Manufactured from high speed steel for great tool strength, wear resistance and performance, they can be used for horizontal milling of slots in steels, aluminium, stainless steels and cast iron. D745 slitting saws have a coarse pitch design – ideal for narrow, deep slots, whilst the dish ground, neutral tooth geometry helps control chips and prevents rubbing when milling deep slots.
